Music journalist Harold Heath has written a debut book entitled Long Relationships: My Incredible Journey From Unknown DJ to Small-time DJ.

In the book Harold explores the less glamorous side of life as a DJ, telling the story of the “99% of DJs who never make it big and is “a journey of 30 odd years on a low-level, economy-class rollercoaster through the ups and downs of an ever-changing music industry.”

Speaking about the book Heath says he wanted to document and celebrate the untold story of the unsung local DJ and the joyful experiences that often changed their lives for the better.
